Summary

By using SATSuper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

• If you are under 13, you must have parent/guardian consent to use SATSuper.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission to purchase a subscription.

Accounts

• Keep your login information secure.
• Do not share or resell your account.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute questions or explanations.

Free plan (keys)

• Keys refresh weekly (+2 keys/week; max 6 stored).
• Full test = 5 keys; practice set = 1 key.
• We may limit access if we detect abuse or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Subscriptions and billing

• Pro provides unlimited access to tests and practice sets.
• You can cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription terms and pricing may change in the future; we will update the pricing page and effective date.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds by default. If there is a verified system issue that prevents normal use, we may review refund requests case-by-case at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and SATSuper content are owned by SATSuper (or licensed to SATSuper). You may not copy, distribute, or publish this content without permission.

Disclaimers

SATSuper is practice software. We do not guarantee any score increase or testing outcome. SATSuper is not affiliated with the College Board.

Limitation of liability

SATSuper is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
